I am a huge Oscar geek!
I love every thing about it, the gowns, the bad musical numbers, the speeches, the tears and most importantly the films.
I'm not ashamed to say for the last 12 years i have made a tradition out of staying up all night by myself stuffing my face with sugary drinks and snacks and sobbing as some young girl from a trailer park makes her dreams come true.
Every year i make an effort to try and see as many of the nominated films as possible. This year i had 17 on my "Must See" list

So far i have seen 10 - with 3 days to go! I'm so excited to sit down with my traditional bag of pick and mix in my jammies until 5am - although for the first time ever i'll have company (!!!) Thanks Mum :-)
